  1. 為強化國民中小學學生之科技素養，期望透過競賽方式，培養學生創造思考、問題解決與運算思維等能力，國教署委請國立高雄師範大學辦理旨揭競賽，並由國立科學工藝博物館承辦。
  2. 本競賽分為「資訊科技組」及「科技任務組」，摘述如下：
    • 資訊科技組
      • 111學年度參賽作品須解決問題情境「打造智能樂活社區-青銀共好」。
      • 初賽：由花蓮縣政府主辦，相關競賽時程及內容，另行公告
    • 科技任務組
      • 111學年度指定任務題目為「家務小幫手」
      • 初賽：由國立科學工藝博物館主辦
