每名10000元，全國100名

申請資格
  1. 正就讀國中，須為正式學制並具有學籍證明。
  2. 父或母罹患癌症且目前治療中或完成治療2年內。
  3. 111學年度第二學期學科成績平均分數達60分或具有特 殊表現（如：體育、美術等優異成績）。

申請文件
  1. 報名表。
  2. 罹癌父或母之病理診斷證明書。
  3. 戶口名簿或六個月內全戶戶籍謄本。
  4. 111學年度第二學期成績單，特殊表現請附證明。
  5. 111學年度學生證影本。
  6. 需檢附「家庭故事分享（800字以上）」及「相關證明文件」。
  7. 一年內的個人照兩張及家人合影生活照四張。
  8. 可附推薦函。
