每名10000元

申請資格
  1. 具正式學制學籍。
  2. 申請者的父母或主要照顧者罹癌且正在接受治療中，且無自願選擇自費治療行為，而導致家中經濟陷入困難。
  3. 一一一學年下學期學科平均75分以上。
  4. 申請者同住家庭人口之利息所得合計未超過1萬元。

  2. 罹癌診斷書影本
  3. 三個月內全戶戶籍謄本
  4. 同住人口111年度之綜合所得稅各類所得清單及財產歸屬清單影本(112年的低收/中低收者請改附上低收/中低收證明)
  5. 111-2學年成績單(七年級生請附國小畢業成績單)
  6. 111-2學年學生證影本
  7. 自傳
  8. 社工/學校師長推薦函
  9. 與家人合影生活照片2張
  10. 申請人本人帳戶影本
