獎助金額

每學年每名4000元，分上下學期發放。

申請資格
  1. 具原住民身分
  2. 非低收入戶（低收入戶à申請教育部學產基金）
  3. 家戶年所得50萬元以下

申請文件
  1. 申請表
  2. 申請人的父母親身分證正、反面影本。(單親家庭請備主要照顧者的即可)
  3. 特殊狀況證明（如：無法取得父母親身分證影本，或是主要照顧者為祖父母。）

申請期限

即日起至9/21截止收件

其他說明
  1. 申請表之學業總平均成績可參考期初發放之班級學期成績單或至校務系統查詢
    （八、九年級務必主動填寫，七年級不需填）
  2. 因後續需逐筆輸入系統進行申請，加上時程限定，再次拜託老師注意繳交期限，萬分感謝。
