獎助金額

1.學業類：每名5000元

2.才藝類(語文、科技、美術、體育等)：

 校級比賽800~2000元，縣級比賽1000~3000元

 全國比賽2000~5000元

申請資格
  1. 具有低收/中低收資格 或 村里長核發之清寒證明
  2. 學業類：前一學期每一科平均80分以上
  3. 才藝類：校級、縣級、全國比賽前三名

申請文件
  1. 獎助金申請表(需學生親簽)
  2. 學生證正反面影本
  3. 前一學期成績單或得獎證明影本

(團體競賽得獎者，需附上學校或主辦單位之參賽名單)

  1. 全戶戶籍謄本或戶口名簿影本
  2. 個資保護同意書
  3. 學生本人帳戶封面影本
  4. 低收/中低收證明 或 村里長核發之清寒證明

申請期限

112-2：
即日起至3/15截止收件

113-1：開學後至9/20截止收件
