每名5000元，每校一名

申請資格
  1. 在學校、社區或家庭中有值得表揚之服務事蹟。
  2. 前一學期學業成績平均70分以上且未有小過以上處分者。
  3. 須參加7/23~7/26的營隊活動。

申請文件
  1. 申請書及服務事蹟表（校內名單審定後發放）
  2. 前一學期成績單
  3. 獎懲紀錄單

申請期限

即日起至5/10中午12點校內截止報名

其他說明
  1. 因申請名額有限，請有意申請本項獎學金者，自行至註冊組報名，待推薦人選審定後另行印製申請表單
  2. 若申請超過一位，將另約時間同導師開會決定。
