獎助金額

每名3000元，每個月持續補助

申請資格
  1. 弱勢單親或無雙親。
  2. 於池上、關山、瑞穗、富里、卓溪、玉里就讀之國中小學生。
  3. 身心健康、個性開朗，願意回饋社會
  4. 學童接受獎助後，必須每個月月底親筆回信告知生活近況，以此做為次月撥款依據。

申請文件
  1. 申請表(學童需親筆填寫，含100字的自傳)
  2. 戶口名簿影本
  3. 三個月內的大頭照及全身照片

申請期限

即日起至9/20中午12點校內截止收件。
