獎助金額

1.學習獎學金：學期成績80分以上，獎學金5000元；學期成績60分以上，助學金3500元。

2. 特殊才藝(文學、藝術、體育、科技等)獲112學年度個人校際以上比賽前三名：5000元。

3.陽光子女助學金：父母其中一方顏面損傷，學生學期成績70分以上，獎學金4000元

申請資格
    1. 第一類：本人為顏面損傷或重大燒傷的在學學生。
    2. 第二類：學生父母其中一方顏面損傷或有重大燒傷。

申請文件
  1. 申請表(教務處協助上傳網站)
  2. 本人存摺封面
  3. 自傳(600字以上)
  4. 全戶三個月內戶籍謄本
  5. 推薦函
  6. 學生證影本
  7. 損傷證明文件或照片
  8. 加註各科分數的成績證明
  9. 佐證相關資料
