依個人申請金額由基金會核發

申請資格

   低收、中低收或單親、隔代、家人重病、突遭變故或其他導師實際瞭解無法負擔教育費用確有需要補助者

申請文件
  1. 申請書（附表一）
  2. 個人文具費計算方式說明（附表二）
  3. 個資同意書（附表三）
  4. 相關證明文件（低收、中低收、身障或繳費單據等）
  5. 班級明細表（附表四，每班一份建議以電子檔繳交）


申請期限

即日起至10/4截止收件

其他說明

基金會函示：請學校班導師主動協助弱勢學生申請，告知學生勿申請就學非必要項目（如補習費、家庭生活費等），讓資源可運用於最有需要之學生。
