每名2000元

申請資格
  1. 學期成績60分以上
  2. 具低收入戶、中低收入戶、特殊境遇及身心障礙證明(不包括里長清寒證明)

申請文件
  1. 申請表+助學金資料表（如附件）
  2. 前一學期成績證明書(需有導師評語)
  3. 學生本人身分證(無身分證者請附健保卡和戶籍謄本)
  4. 金融(郵局)機構存摺影本一份及個資使用同意書
  5. 學生證影本（需蓋113學年第二學期註冊章）
  6. 低收入戶、中低收入戶、特殊境遇及身心障礙證明

其他說明

助學金發放採匯款方式，需附存摺影本，如學生本人無存摺，須提供關係人身分證及存摺影本。
