獎助金額

個人獎：3000~10000元不等

團體獎：1500~5000元不等

申請資格
  1. 具原住民身分且前一學期無小過以上處分
  2. 具特殊才藝，近一年內參加教育部(含各司處)或教育署辦理之全國性競賽獲獎者(團體獎需獲前三名)

申請文件
  1. 申請書（申請人欄位需學生「親筆簽名」）
  2. 近一年內獲獎證明文件影本
  3. 前一學期獎懲證明 (113-1)
  4. 檢附戶口名簿影本或開學前三個月內申請之其他戶籍資料證明文件
  5. 申請團體賽特殊才藝獎者，請另檢附競賽手冊

即日起至3/15下午4點截止收件
