  1. 依本校106學年度上學期期初校務會議決議通過本學年度教師評審委員會委員總數為11人，除當然委員3人（校長、家長會代表、教師會代表）外，應選委員8人，候補委員4人；又依高級中等以下學校教師評審委員會設置辦法規定，任一性別委員應占委員總數三分之一以上（4人），委員中未兼行政之教師不得少於委員總額之二分之一（6人）。
  2. 本校於106年8月29日校務會議辦理票選委員選舉，統計得票情形後，尾數同票者則公開抽籤決定。爰依上揭規定可得委員名單如下：（一）當然委員：林國源校長、家長會代表、教師會代表（方榮松教師）。（二）票選委員：詹勳超教師、羅崇源主任、程正主任、張長壽主任、李芬珍教師、林如玉教師、王頌榮教師、姜亭安教師。（三）候補委員：翁嘉豪教師、高士欽教師、謝寶財主任、蔡宏德組長、楊秉正主任、張唯儀組長。
  3. 統計：選舉人／被選舉人：48人／48人 ；領票人／投票人：47人／47人；有效票／無效票：45票／２票
