申請資格
  1. 品德優良、有志向學
  2. 家境困難
  3. 符合以上資格經導師推薦者

申請文件
  1. 申請表(同學、家長、推薦人篇共八張)
  2. 戶籍謄本或戶口名簿
  3. 上學年度成績單
  4. 低收入或清寒證明（可由導師說明家境情況）
  5. 其他足堪證明學生德行之資料，如模範生、相關競賽成果等優良事蹟

即日起至10/22校內截止收件

其他說明

會有協會專門人員家庭訪問。
