每名每個月1500元

申請資格
  1. 家境困難(如：單親、依親、隔代、家人重病、收入不穩定等等)
  2. 符合以上資格經導師推薦者

申請文件
  1. 申請表及導師推薦函等(表1、2、3、4、5)
  2. 學生全戶戶籍謄本一份
  3. 前一學年第二學期成績單，附導師評語
  4. 低收入或清寒證明（可由導師說明家境情況）
  5. 其他可供證明文件：低收/中低收證明、重大傷病卡、醫生證明等等

申請期限

即日起至10/15校內截止收件

其他說明

  1. 學生須配合協會進行志工服務並每個月完成心得報告
  2. 教師協助填寫輔導心得
