申請資格(須為0403花蓮地震受影響之家庭)
    1. 經校方實際瞭解，受0403地震影響，確有需要給予補助者。
    2. 領有中低/低收入戶/特殊境遇家庭證明者。
    3. 未享有公費待遇或未領有軍公教子女教育補助，確有就學困難者。
