  • 一、申請對象說明
    1. 需具備中華民國之國籍，且符合下列資格之一者：
      • (一)～(四)類獎助學金，需為 顏面損傷或重大燒傷之在學學生。顏面損傷是指其頭、頸、臉部需有明顯可見之損傷或疤痕者。
      • (五)～(六)類「勇源-陽光子女助學金」、「明閱科技-陽光子女特殊才藝獎學金」，需父母一方為顏面損傷或重大燒傷之在學子女申請。
    2. 「勇源-陽光子女助學金」、「明閱科技-陽光子女特殊才藝獎學金」申請人提出申請時，傷友本人須健在，但死亡未滿一年者亦可申請。
  • 成績單
    1. 成績採計為105年度學期成績，上或下學期擇一學期申請即可。所有申請類別只能選擇一項，不得重覆申請。
    2. 本獎助學金分數審核皆以智育成績為主，成績計算不以四捨五入計算
