一、 依據教育部教學卓越獎評選及獎勵要點及「花蓮縣115年度教學卓越獎初選實施計畫」辦理。
二、 本計畫目的為彰顯教學創新十二年國教課程之核心價值，提升教師對教育改革及課程發展之認知，進而落實課程改革理想。
三、 本案評選作業期程請參閱實施計畫(第玖點評選期程)、初審發表會115年3月25日(三)，本府將遴聘委員將資料檢視，若有需修正於當日說明並依委員意見修正後於115年4月13日(星期一)將評選資料繳交(承辦學校)花蓮縣太昌國民小學。
