一、 依據身心障礙權益保障法第10條第1項及本府身心障礙者權益保障小組設置要點辦理。
二、 旨揭小組第11屆委員任期將於115年5月31日屆滿，本小組置委員9人至17人，具備相關身心障礙福利服務之經驗、承辦業務、專業學術研究等，或本身為身心障礙者或其照顧者，經互推後之代表組成。
三、 承上，請貴單位衡酌性別平等及身心障礙者比例原則，推薦1至3名候選名單，填寫附表後於115年5月22日(星期五)前逕以電子檔寄至本案承辦人信箱，並請致電確認，無舉薦者免回覆。
